How It Works

1. Submit the form with your name, contact info, location, and a brief description of the project.
2. We respond within one business day, usually same day, to schedule an on-site walk-through at a time that works for you.
3. On-site visit, we walk your property with you, identify scope and any constraints, and discuss approach.
4. Written estimate arrives within 2 to 3 days of the walk-through, itemized so you can see exactly what's included.
5. No pressure, review the estimate on your timeline. Schedule when you're ready, or don't. There's no obligation.

What to Have Ready

To make the on-site visit productive, it helps to have:

• A general idea of what you want done (clearing, defensible space, excavation, snow plowing, etc.)
• Property boundaries identified or approximately known
• Any timing constraints (insurance deadlines, build schedule, etc.)
• Any access constraints (gates, soft ground, wildlife concerns)

We can absolutely walk a property without any of this, we'll figure it out together. But if you have it, it helps.
